sUSD1+ OTF Redemption Guide

Follow these steps to withdraw your funds:

Step 1 - Access Withdrawal Page 

Users can submit a withdrawal request at any time.

To begin, navigate to the sUSD1+ OTF Vault interface and select the "Withdraw" tab.

Step 2 – Specify Amount

1. Enter the amount of sUSD1+ to withdraw manually in the "Pay" field.
2. Use the "MAX" button to withdraw your entire available balance.

Step 3 - Review Terms

1. Confirm the estimated USD1 output (based on the current Unit NAV).
2. Note the 3-6 day settlement period.

Step 4 – Confirm Transaction

1. Click "Withdraw", review terms in the pop-up, and sign the transaction via your wallet.

Step 5 – Wait For Settlement To Receive Funds

1. After your withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a pending/processing status.
2. Your wallet will still show a positive balance for the sUSD1+ that you requested to withdraw, but it will no longer be usable. Your in-app balance will show a decrease in sUSD1+.
3. After settlement is completed (3-6 days), the requested sUSD1+ is burned, and you'll receive the corresponding USD1 in your wallet.

Liquidity Considerations

• Withdrawals are processed in bulk during the next NAV cycle (3-6 days).
• Your final amount depends on Unit NAV at settlement, which may fluctuate.

Potential Risks

• NAV changes during the settlement period may affect the final USD1 received.
• Large withdrawals or network congestion could extend processing time.

FAQs

Can the LSD token can be sold/swap during the holding period? If so, what is the recommended swap/sell-out channel?

sUSD1+ tokens are transferable and can be sold or swapped during the holding period, as they represent user equity in the vault. Recommended channels include decentralized exchanges like PancakeSwap on BNB Chain for trading pairs such as sUSD1+/USD1

How do users redeem principal, yield, and rewards?

1. Click “Withdraw” to submit a withdrawal request
2. Wait approximately 3-6 days for the settlement cycle to complete
3. Go to "Your Activity" to check, click "Claim" to receive your principal + yield (they are issued together).

Is there a management/performance fee?

Management and performance fees are currently 35%, as shown in the Prospectus available on our site.

Yes, the countries/regions geo-restricted are: 

Algeria (DZ), Bangladesh (BD), China (CN), Egypt (EG), Iraq (IQ), Morocco (MA), Nepal (NP), Qatar (QA), Tunisia (TN), Canada (CA), Cuba (CU), Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Netherlands (NL), Syria (SY), United States (US), Crimea and non-government controlled regions of Ukraine (UA).
